Send a resume in the same language as the vacancy is written. We mainly work with foreign customers, so the common language of communication is English. There are exceptions for some positions when knowledge of English is not a criterion for selection, then this vacancy will be made up in Ukrainian.

In the progressive recruitment of the Western world, a covering letter is required when sending a resume. The purpose of this document is to draw attention to your candidacy and interest the recruiter. Write about the main things: why did you like this job, briefly about a similar experience or close to it. Well, and wish the recruiter a good day!

After we receive a resume for a specific active vacancy, it will go on a review to the hiring manager, after which we will promptly inform you about the result.

The number of stages depends on the project and the level of vacancy (Junior, Middle, Senior, Manager). Typically, interviews take place in three stages: an interview with a recruiter, a technical interview, and a test task. Additional steps are possible when the customer participates in the selection process. But we help prepare for this kind of stage, as well as organize them.

In accordance with the company’s policy, the trial period lasts 3 months. During this period, you will regularly receive feedback on your progress. We will confirm continued employment upon successful completion of the trial period based on your performance and progress.
